Instructions:
Storage conditions: The baking paper should be stored in a dry and well-ventilated environment, avoid damp environment, to prevent the paper from being affected by moisture and anti-adhesive properties and strength. The ideal storage temperature is 15-25 degrees Celsius and the relative humidity is between 40%-60%.
Avoid excessive bending: In the process of handling and use, be careful to avoid excessive bending or extrusion of baking paper, so as not to damage the structure of the paper, affecting its normal operation on the rewinding machine, and the use effect in the baking process.
Follow the use temperature range: Although the baking paper is stable at high temperatures, it still needs to follow the product's specified use temperature range. Avoid use in an environment that exceeds its tolerable temperature to prevent the paper from melting, deforming or producing harmful substances that affect the quality of bakery products and food safety.
Regular cleaning equipment: When using the rewinding machine, the equipment should be cleaned regularly to prevent impurities such as paper scraps and dust from accumulating on the equipment, affecting the rewinding effect and the quality of baking paper. At the same time, cleaning equipment also helps to extend the service life of the equipment and ensure the continuity and stability of production.
How To Use:
Before installation: Ensure that the specifications of baking paper rolls match those of the rewinder. Check whether the rolls are damaged or deformed. If any problems exist, handle or replace them in time.
Install to the rewinder: Place the roll smoothly on the rewinder roll holder, ensuring that it can rotate freely and the center is aligned with the paper path. Follow the winder's instructions to pass the starting end of the paper through each guide roller and tension regulator to ensure that the paper is flat and wrinkle-free.
Rewinding operation: Before starting the rewinding machine, set reasonable parameters such as tension and speed according to the baking paper material and thickness. After starting up, pay close attention to the paper rewinding state to ensure tight and uniform winding, no deviation or loose winding, if there is an anomaly immediately stop adjustment.
