Instructions:

Avoid over-folding: Although frozen paper is flexible, over-folding may cause damage to the internal structure of the paper, affecting its moisture resistance and durability. When wrapping meat, minimize unnecessary folding.

Keep away from sharp objects: During the operation, avoid contact between the frozen paper and sharp objects such as knives, hooks, etc., to prevent the paper from being scratched. Once the paper is damaged, the new packaging should be replaced in time to avoid affecting the preservation effect of meat.

Do not reuse: After one use, the moisture resistance and preservation performance of the frozen paper may be reduced, and it may retain meat juices and bacteria. In order to ensure the quality and safety of meat, it is not recommended to reuse freezer paper.

Storage conditions: Unused freezer paper should be stored in a dry, cool place, away from direct sunlight and high temperature environment. High temperature and humidity may cause the performance of the paper to change, affecting its use effect.

Pay attention to the shelf life: frozen paper generally has a certain shelf life, before use to check the production date and shelf life of the product, to avoid using expired frozen paper. Expired freezer paper may not guarantee its performance and safety.

How To Use:

Food pretreatment: Carefully wash the meat to be packaged and frozen, remove surface impurities, and fully absorb moisture with kitchen paper towels to ensure that the surface of the meat is dry and reduce water vapor in the package.

Cutting paper: According to the size and shape of the meat, select scissors and other tools to cut paper from the frozen paper roll. When cutting, on the basis of meat size, reserve 3-5 cm paper edges around each side for subsequent wrapping and sealing.

Wrapping operation:

Whole meat wrapping: Place a large piece of whole meat in the center of the cut frozen paper. First fold one side of the paper smoothly and cover the meat, then fold the other sides successively to ensure that the meat is tightly wrapped. Finally, secure the joint with tape or string to ensure a good sealing effect and prevent air and water vapor from entering.

Minced meat packaging: For minced meat, such as meat, roll the paper into a suitable size of the cylinder, slowly put the meat into the cylinder, and then tighten the seal at both ends to avoid meat leakage. Place the wrapped meat in the freezer or other freezing equipment. Place the wrapped meat in a proper place to avoid squeezing and colliding with other hard objects and prevent damage to the package.
