Instructions: 

Storage conditions: Please store heat-resistant dumpling paper in a dry, cool and well-ventilated place, away from direct sunlight. A high temperature environment may affect the heat resistance and non-stick coating of the paper, while a wet environment may cause the paper to become wet and soft, reducing its strength and oil resistance.

Cutting size: When cutting the steaming paper, it should be carried out reasonably according to the size of the steamer and the number of dumplings. In general, the paper should be able to completely cover the bottom of the steamer, and leave a 2-3 cm edge around it, but not too large, so as to avoid the edge of the paper contacting the steamer wall during steaming, resulting in the steam wetting and adhering to the steamer, affecting the use of the effect.

Avoid sharp scratches: During the operation, be careful to avoid contact between the steaming paper and sharp objects such as knives, iron wires, etc., to prevent the surface of the paper from being scratched. Once the paper is damaged, its non-stick and oil-proof performance may be greatly reduced, and it may even lead to adhesion or oil leakage during the steaming process.

Do not reuse: In order to ensure food safety and the quality of steamed dumplings, it is not recommended to reuse this heat-resistant dumpling paper. After each use, the surface of the paper may remain dumpling residue, oil and bacteria, which is easy to cause cross-contamination when used again.

Check before use: Before using steamed paper, be sure to carefully check the paper for damage, stains or deformation. If there is any problem, it should be replaced in time to avoid affecting the production effect and quality of steamed dumplings.

Place the steamer properly: When placing the steamer with dumplings and steaming paper into the steamer, ensure that the bottom of the steamer is flat and dry to avoid deformation or cracking of the steaming paper due to contact with water or uneven surfaces. At the same time, pay attention to the sealing of the steamer to avoid steam leakage affecting the steaming effect.

Control the steaming time and temperature: Although this steaming paper has strong high temperature resistance, it should also be operated according to the normal steaming time and temperature of steamed dumplings, and do not excessively extend the steaming time or use too high a temperature.

How To Use:

Preparation stage: Carefully check the heat-resistant dumpling steaming paper to see if there is damage, stains or deformation. If there is any problem, replace the steaming paper in time. At the same time, ensure that the bottom of the steamer is smooth, dry, and free of debris and water.

Cutting steamed paper: According to the actual size of the steamer and the number of dumplings, use scissors and other tools to cut steamed paper. When cutting, make sure that the steamer paper can completely cover the bottom of the steamer, and leave a 2-3 cm edge evenly around the steamer for subsequent operation.

Place steamer paper: Lay the cut steamer paper flat on the bottom of the steamer, making sure that the steamer paper fits tightly to the bottom of the steamer, with no wrinkles or hanging parts.

Place the dumplings: put the wrapped dumplings neatly on the steaming paper, paying attention to maintain a proper distance between the dumplings to avoid mutual adhesion during the steaming process. For dumplings of different sizes, try to put the large dumpling in the middle and the small dumpling around to ensure that the heat is even.

Place the dumplings in the steamer: Carefully place the steamer basket into the steamer, making sure the bottom of the steamer is flat. Then, cover the pot and check the seal of the pot lid to prevent steam leakage.

Steamed dumplings: Steamed according to the normal steaming time and temperature requirements. Generally speaking, steamed vegetarian dumplings 10-15 minutes, steamed meat dumplings 15-20 minutes, the specific time can be adjusted according to the size and number of dumplings. Try not to open the lid frequently during the steaming process, so as not to affect the steaming effect.

Take out the dumplings: After steaming is completed, turn off the fire first and wait for a moment to let part of the steam in the steamer naturally dissipate. Then, carefully open the lid of the pot and gently remove the steamed paper along with the dumplings with tongs or other tools to avoid burns.
